Shane Kavanagh
Y3 Studio was founded by Shane Kavanagh, a Chartered Architect and ARB-registered professional with approximately 12 years of experience across architecture, project management, procurement and commercial delivery.

How Y3 works
Every appointment is shaped around the decisions the client needs to make and the level of support the project requires. Y3 can provide a defined architectural stage, an independent advisory review or continuity across strategy, design and delivery. Scope, responsibilities and outputs are agreed clearly at the outset.
Y3 Studio is intentionally structured as a focused practice. Clients deal directly with the person responsible for the advice and the work. Specialist consultants are brought in where the project requires them, with roles and information coordinated around an agreed brief.
