The commission involved progressing the scheme through Planning and Listed Building Consent, preparing the information required for Building Control approval, and supporting the project through construction.

Particular care was required in resolving the relationship between the proposed rear extension, the terrace, the existing building and the shared garden, while responding to the heritage context and the practical requirements of delivery on site.
