An advisory appointment is designed to produce a usable decision, not a generic report. The output may be a concise feasibility review, an options paper, a project brief, a risk and actions schedule, a compliance recovery plan or ongoing representation through key decisions. Y3 may act without being appointed as the project architect where independent client-side advice is the better fit.
Where a project should progress, Y3 can help define the next commission and coordinate the transition into design or delivery. Where the evidence suggests that a proposal should pause or change direction, that conclusion is equally valuable.
Y3 Studio provides strategic project advisory and development coordination for the redevelopment of a hospitality property. The role includes infrastructure and NI Water strategy, planning and consultant coordination, procurement input, stakeholder management and ongoing client-side oversight.
Y3 Studio was engaged to help progress Building Control completion for a reception refurbishment where the original design practice was no longer available.
