Hospitality redevelopment, Northern Ireland
Y3 Studio provides strategic project advisory and development coordination for the redevelopment of a hospitality property. The role includes infrastructure and NI Water strategy, planning and consultant coordination, procurement input, stakeholder management and ongoing client-side oversight.
Commercial reception refurbishment
Y3 Studio was engaged to help progress Building Control completion for a reception refurbishment where the original design practice was no longer available. The role centres on reviewing the available information, identifying missing certification and coordinating the records required to establish a route toward completion.
