The service can be structured around a defined stage or carried through from the initial brief to completion. At the outset, Y3 agrees the scope, information required, consultant inputs, client decisions and statutory route so that responsibilities remain clear.
For existing buildings and conversions, early investigation is particularly important. Surveys, fire strategy, structure, acoustic performance, services and planning constraints can materially affect the right design response and should be identified before the project becomes overcommitted.
